Day 192

We are staying busy getting ready for Daddy to come home. Everything we do is "Daddy will be here next time" or "Maybe when Daddy is here" or my favorite "Sorry we can't. Scott will be here!" Love that one!

Gracie has been moved a couple of times at school. She befriends ever child they sit her by and talks constantly. Right now, she loves to write her letters and draw pictures. Give her a marker and pad of paper and she's good for an afternoon.

Luke's reading is really improving. Its still difficult to sit for long periods and read with him, but he is doing so much better. I think he's tired of this soccer season. Two practices a week and then a game on Saturday is just too much. Lately, he would rather get his homework finished and go outside and play instead of go to soccer practice. I dislike the drive to post and enjoy our evenings where we have no place to go.

Scott should be leaving Afghanistan early next week. I have no idea how long it will take him to get home, but we are ready.
