The red scratch on her nose is from a fall last Friday. She has a purple bump on her forehead to go with it that you can't see. This is horrible, but when she fell I was glad her nose was bleeding so she didn't freak out about her skinning her knees. She was too busy freaking about the blood. Remember... she didn't walk for almost 4 days after the last fall.
Typical Luke. He chose to come down the slide backwards... everytime.
Luke has found a way to entertain himself. Ella goes nuts over any kind of light flashing around the room. In the late afternoon into evening, the sun hits the back of our house. When you open and close the backdoor, the sun hits across the kitchen floor and cabinets.
This afternoon, Luke had Ella in a fit. He went outside to play and Ella stood at the backdoor barking. When he went to open the door for her to go out with him, she flipped around to follow the sun stream and went crazy barking at it. When he closed the door, the stream went away and Ella would stand at the door and bark to go outside. And he would open it and so on and so on. Ella just didn't know what to do with herself. I ended up having to pull her to the door and push her out without her looking behind her. Who said I only had two children?
